Each social media management client will follow this process:

  • Discussion with client on branding, target market, and creation of strategy
  • Receive branding materials from client (colors, logos)
  • Receive any information to help produce content (login information, topics, tips)
  • Content is created and scheduled (graphics, copy, and hashtags) before the end of the month to be posted the next month
  • Content includes stories, posts (pictures/pins), IGTVs/videos, Reels
  • Constant review of engagement of posts to schedule content at better times for the audience
  • Content includes: Call to Action (CTA) and appropriate links
